1. Bust - Place the tape under your arms and measure around the FULLEST part of your bust.
2. Waist - Measure around your natural waistline with the tape flat against your body. *Your waist is the thinnest part of your belly, and naturally starts just above your navel.
3. Hips - Standing with your feet together, measure the FULLEST part of your posterior.
*Select the size that most closely matches your body measurements.
